Our team is led by luxury home builder, Peter Kulakovski who builds each bespoke home with the same care and attention as he applied to his own amazing home, featured in some of the images you see here.
Originally a frame carpenter, Peter has honed his skills as a builder with over 20 years in the Sydney building market, creating dream homes for his clients. When Peter began his apprenticeship at age 16, he already knew that he was destined for bigger things. By the time he turned 21, he was working for himself. His eye for detail and ‘nothing is impossible’ attitude kept driving him to improve.
When he was 27, he teamed up with his brother Michael and together they ran a successful business, which continues to build on average 100 homes a year.
He founded Peter Rose Homes because his discerning clients told him they wanted a true custom home builder who could create a one-of-a-kind home to suit their lifestyle.
Peter Rose Homes is all about family values and is named after Peter’s children who have the family names Peter and Rose as their middle names.
As a creative person with a keen eye for detail, Peter is an ideas man who takes immense pride in his work.
